Room Being Full

Whenever The room is at yellow or red there will be promos for ranks 27 and under.
So whenever your working try to invite some freinds to get a job.
Owners and Mods would be the ones who will be give out the promos.

First of all, why rank 27? Tis a random number, and anyways I'm not so sure about that, seeing as RDA barely has any ranks that low these days to begin with.
